Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Reva (Third Sister, The Retro Collection). She's a Kenner-style figure that came with a pre-wrinkled cape, a pretty good lightsaber, and no eyebrows. I think Hasbro needs to drop the vinyl capes - Kenner did by 1982 - but otherwise, she's a pretty solid figure that you may even find on clearance right now. Read on!
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: RC-1140 (Fixer, The Black Series) . If you got Hunter, or Boss, or Crosshair, you'll recognize a lot of the parts. Hasbro actually gave him a new helmet and a new backpack, but other than paint he's pretty much identical to Boss. Is he worth the upcharge? Well, you could wait for a sale these days. Read on!
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Death Watch Mandalorian (The Black Series). He has two blasters and a lot of gear, plus an articulated rangefinder. The glossy visor is great and the range of movement is no slouch - this is a good 6-inch figure you're not buying. Read on!
You don't need it... but maybe you do. The long-gestating Kenner-style Stan Solo custom Ubrikkian 9000 Speeder is up on Etsy for US customers. It's $122, a lot of money for what is effectively a fancy Mini-Rig-style vehicle. However, there are no official ones known to be coming, so this is your current option.
For UK customers (and those wanting to see pictures of the detailed interior), check out Stan Solo Creations' web site. If you're searching for the now, if you're looking for the real thing yeah, this is not a licensed toy vehicle. But Hasbro hasn't really bothered to do vehicles in 2022, so you may have a few bucks in your vehicle budget.

Just when you think you've seen it all, Amazon is selling licensed hard drives from Seagate. There's a 2TB Beskar slab, another 2TB model with Mando on the face, and an internal 2TB SSD Beskar drive. You know, so you can really appreciate the decoration on it. As these are Amazon affiliate links, we may get a comission as a percentage of the sale prices of any items you may purchase.
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Clone Captain Rex (The Bad Batch, The Vintage Collection). It's an Amazon exclusive that was really hard to order, and then marked down after it started to ship. The 4-pack is $55.09 as I write this. Read on!
Via eBay (thanks Mouse): Rebel Blockade Runner vintage style playset kit 3d printed 5 feet long!! Nothing Hasbro or Lucasfilm will announce this month could possibly be more mind-blowingly preposterous than this awesome $599.99 plus shipping vehicle seemingly forged in a 3D printer specifically for your old Kenner figures. It's an upsized dream of an unrealized vehicle.
It's massive, and just seeing an old X-Wing Pilot Luke absolutely swallowed by the massive cockpit is just an insane sight to behold. It's almost too big - someone should send me one, of course. You really owe it to yourself to check this out.
Wasting seemingly no time, Amazon marked its exclusive Star Wars The Vintage Collection OBI-Wan Kenobi Multipack Toys, 3.75-Inch-Scale Action Figures, Kids 4 and Up, Multicolor (F7790) down to $45.49, down from $50.99. If you don't have one yet, it might be worth getting it - or waiting to see if it gets even cheaper. Click here to see if it's still on sale.
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: George Lucas (in Stormtrooper Diguise, The Black Series). Mine cracked right out of the box, and the helmet doesn't seem to fit - so if you're thinking maybe you would leave it in the box, I would follow that instinct. The head sculpt isn't bad, but it's clearly meant to be left in the packaging. Read on!
UPDATE: Sale is over. What a deal! Amazon has its long-named NERF Star Wars Amban Phase-Pulse Blaster, The Mandalorian, Scope with Illuminated Lens, 10 Darts, Blaster Sounds, 50.25 Inches Long - how descriptive - for $49.95 until... we don't know when. But it's $49.95 right now. Sounds like a great gift for the kid or the Star Wars fan site writer in your life.

Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Boba Fett (Droids, The Black Series). The first time Hasbro has released Vlix in the United States! He's on the packaging twice. There's also a Boba Fett in the box, but you'll take note of Vlix on the back and in the front flap. Also this is the 2013 Boba Fett figure painted to look like his animated armor, which is excellent, but Hasbro has proven they know Vlix exists so now they can make a figure... right?
(Coincidentally, Target revealed two more exclusive 3 3/4-inch Boba Fetts today, but I digress.)
This week in Q&A - Implosion! Is it all going to be over soon? Probably not - but we are out of questions in the mail bag, so I'll be taking a Q&A break until January. Send those queries in if you got 'em!
...so of course I'll go on a ramble about retro stuff to fill some space.
Be sure you send in your questions for 2023. The mailbag is out of questions, so if you got some, send some in. Read on!
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Koska Reeves (The Vintage Collection). As a repaint with a new head, she's kind of fantastic - articulation is good, paint is good, accessories are what they should be. I have no real complaints here. Read on!
