Walmart.com has launched a Discover The Force 3D Gallery featuring various images that can be viewed with the special 3D glasses included with their DTF exclusives. The 1999 party continues and it's happening at Walmart. The Discover The Force exclusives are now being put out just in time for the release of The Phantom Menace 3D this weekend. Our initial concerns about single case assortments being found have been proven unwarranted by the wonderful revelation that Walmart stores (most of them anyway) will be placing a POS display with all 17 exclusive pieces including 12 figures, 2 Battle Packs, 2 Vehicles, and the Qui-Gon Jinn Electronic Lightsaber. Discover The Force indeed!

This is the brand-new Anakin Skywalker figure that Hasbro just released in the last couple of weeks. It looks a lot like the other ones, but it is indeed a brand-new, thinner sculpt with new accessories. Do you need a lightsaber launcher? Well, no, of course you don't. But aren't you the slightest bit curious if it's any fun? I am.
A preview of this Friday's next Clone Wars episode #4.18: Crisis On Naboo, is now online with video and images. The Walmart exclusive Discover The Force wave of action figures have finally hit the U.S. SWCollector reports finding the entire assortment at a store in Texas. The pricepoint is relative to the Movie Heroes line at $8.96 each and looks to be packed 1 per case. This may portend to tough hunting in the onset for the likes of Ric Olie and G8-R3, since these are a few of the figures in the wave which aren't planned to be re-issued in Vintage cards later in the year.
Questions about vehicles! Missing parts? Rare ships? Yes. Strange online toy selling! Let's look at that too. And someone can't find the new Phantom Menace stuff? Color me surprised. All this and more, so read on!
After a lackluster January 30th that saw most merchandise released by Walmart weeks before and Discover The Force looking to be delayed until The Phantom Menace 3D hits theaters, it's time for some bargain hunting. Our Galactic Hunt Report advises you to stay on Target.
