A whopping 13 unaired Season Six episodes of The Clone Wars will be airing on Netflix, so says the rumor-mongers of StarWars.com. I believe this is a first for a current TV show - to burn off the episodes on the streaming service - as is the bonus of "director's cut" episodes of seasons 1-5 sweetening the pot. (Unless you bought all the Blu-Rays like me, of course.) Click here to read the announcement.
The USA Today has a story for you: First look: 'Star Wars Rebels' rustles up a cowboy Jedi reveals Kanan, a Jedi in hiding voiced by Freddie Prinze Jr. Also, he uses a gun. Check it out!

After the success of William Shakespeare's Star Wars, it's only sensible that The Empire Striketh Back and The Jedi Doth Return would follow. The retro sequels are due in book stores (or on Amazon) in March and June, respectively. Just in time for Spring Break and summer reading seasons!
In 2005 we met the Chopper Droid, and a few years later we met Chopper the Clone Trooper. Now meet Chopper the Astromech Droid, new for this year's upcoming animated Star Wars Rebels. Based on Ralph McQuarrie's concept R2-D2, the little guy will also be an action figure later this year. Click here for more - he's hidden in the gallery.
While not exactly official toys, it's worth noting that the Super Sucklord's S.U.C.K.L.E. Figures are arriving if you pledged to his Kickstarter. Distributed by DKE Toys, sculpted by George "OMFG" Gaspar, and based on various bootlegs made by the Sucklord, these may be the feelgood weirdo toy of the season. If you like the idea of Chippendale Stormtroopers or Boba Fett helmets on guys in suits, you're going to want to see these.
Let's talk about in-store displays. Also the lack of 6-inch clones so far - and my ambivalence toward the upcoming sequel film as a means to an end. We'll also look at vehicles, and please send in questions for next weeK. That's all I got for the introduction, so read on!
