Toy Palace of Germany is taking pre-orders for the U.S. Target exclusive Darth Maul Returns Battle Pack featuring Darth Maul, Savage Opress, and a Night Sister with larger images of the set and the Galactic Battle game cards.

Hasbro publishes their first Movie Heroes print ad for the season and it looks pretty awesome featuring MH20 Darth Vader breaking out of his plastic shell. 

Hasbro did right by that ROTJ Vader card. Presenting some really hi-res images for your close scrutiny and inspection of the upcoming Vintage Collection Wave 6 featuring the "Lost Line" alternate cardbacks and some carded shots of the Shock Trooper, Sandtrooper, and Darth Vader in their regular retro black and chrome Kenner cardbacks. It ain't perfect, but this just-released Vintage 2012 Grand Moff Tarkin is pretty good.  This is a figure with great engineering and parts reuse, and unfortunate color and plastic choices.  (He's shiny.)  The cloth skirt doesn't look so bad in person, and the sculpt is exceptional.  Want to know more?  Read on, or watch the video after the jump!  (It's short, but not too short.)

Hasbro has released a couple of nice, clear photos of the Comic-Con International 2012 Star Wars Exclusive Carbonite Chamber multi-pack featuring an exclusive Vintage Collection Jar Jar Binks in Carbonite.

Another version wasn't on my top priority list, but there's plenty to like about the new Clone Pilot, especially since he features new sculpting with re-used parts from previous figures that complement the upgrade. A few ROTS era pilots have been released for battle packs and Evolutions sets over the years  with varying degrees of quality. However, this well executed design partnered with some kit bashing and the appeal of a film scene specific representation makes VC97 pretty close to if not definitive.

It's an Obi-Wan Kenobi!  This figure came from the Order 66 line of 2-packs, but isn't necessarily worth tracking down on its own merits. Want to know more? Read on!
