It's called a good problem for Disney but less than ideal for vacationing collectors. Dan Curto is at Disney Star Wars Weekends and reported some changes with the Droid Factory packaging and availability of parts.

Here are the 26 droids I built tonight. Notice the change in the cardbacks...they are much more compact that the original cards. The 2-packs are gone (no doubt because of guys like me trying to get a deal), as well as the original cards. Many parts are sold out, with no known date for replenishment. Also, since the hats and middle legs are gone
