Best. Jedi Luke. Ever. After last year's BAD release received much haranguing from collectors due to its barrel chest and disproportions, Hasbro releases the most "ultimate" version so far, with a striking head sculpt likeness similar to the way they nailed the TVC Bespin version. . A removable cloak would have been nice, but the overall result isn't diminished at all.
We wonder if Hasbro was holding back, since this headsculpt bears little resemblance to what they exhibited at the summer conventions. Regardless, there's little to nitpick about this figure, which again, like THE Bespin Luke, establishes the benchmark template for this character for many rehashed battlepacks, greatest hits, and Saga Legends to come.

Death Star II Luke Skywalker

Finally found one last night at Target.. I have to say he is everything that I wanted of a great Death Star Luke. this is by far my favorite part of Jedi the whole lightsaber duel with Vader aboard the second Death Star... the galaxy hanging in the balance.
last year's DSII Luke was a great addition to the BAD line but the Vintage figure stepped in and said to BAD Luke....you're inferior and I'm superior.
my only grip with the Legacy figure is that I got one of the figures that does not have the peg hole for the lightsaber hilt.. :(
now we just need a great Vintage version of Emperor Palpatine (with his throne!!!!) and my ROTJ Diorama of the Duel aboard the Death Star will be complete.
