It's all in the packaging and when it comes to the classic Kenner black and silver, Hasbro knows they have gold amongst nostalgic collectors. Presenting some boxed photos of the new The Vintage Collection Class II Vehicles featuring Obi-Wan Kenobi's Jedi Starfighter, the AT-AP, and V-19 Torrent Starfighter. These retail for $31.99 and are currently being spotted at ToysRUs.

After an over 2 year hiatus, the Titanium Die-Cast Vehicle Series returns in the form of 3 packs and priced at a steeper premium for $29.96 per set at Wal-mart (where our samples were found this evening). That's a $3 increase for each vehicle from the 2009 $6.99 MSRP. 

All nine vehicles in this first wave were previously released with no distinguishable variances in deco. 

As the ramp up to the release of The Phantom Menace 3D nears, so are retailers stocking their shelves with collectibles of interest that may or may not interest you. ToysRUs stores are offering a Darth Maul USB Drive that's exclusive them featuring the hooded Sith Lord in his cross armed stance. The drive has a 2GB capacity and retails for $14.99.

Target adds another Star Wars Episode I 3D feature endcap in addition to the aisle display they already have up. Let's hope the new merchandise starts flowing in soon!

The 2 sided poster features the LEGO version of the Death Star Trench run on one side and a gallery of the 2012 LEGO mini figures on the other. The offer ends at 4 pm EST on January 26th.

Jedi Temple Archives has posted some sample boxed shots of the next upcoming BIG Vehicle, The Trade Federation MTT Droid Carrier. As previously reported, the ship will come with 20 Battle Droids (4 fully articulated, 16 pre-posed) and electronic sounds and play features.

JediNews.co.uk revealed not one, but three previously unseen but rumored/hinted at figures.  Two are from the Expanded Universe, and one is an unexpected remake of a 1984 Kenner figure.  Wow!

It's the new Battle Droid!  It's a new sculpt-- he now has sculpted eyes and a little more detail.  It's a nice improvement over the previous one... but it's not quite as cheap.  Read on!
