It's shipping! I got the Imperial Troop Transport from Star Wars Rebels when I ordered it at Entertainment Earth (available here now in a case with 2 per box). It's neat! It has articulated front cannons, 2 firing rockets, storage for 9 figures, and places to keep bunches of weapons. It does not have funny hats, wheels, a record player, or a large trunk for storage. Watch Six Second Toy Talk after the break to see it in action. It won't take long.
Game importer and useful news source NCS has confirmed that an assortment of Beni Star Wars Pullback Droids are coming. The set of 6 2.16-inch droids will set you back around $24, and includes R2-D2, R2-Q5, R2-B1, R2-X2, R2-M5, and R2-A6.
Be warned, if you haven't seen last night's episode of Star Wars Rebels then this story on USA Today may ruin it for you. Darth Vader is well known, so I can post this headline: Darth Vader's back in 'Star Wars Rebels'. You knew that. And now we know Hasbro is doing a figure for it, which is fantastic news - but there's another figure coming with him, and that's what you may not yet want to know.
Tonight's season finale of Star Wars Rebels doesn't answer many of the hanging questions, but we do get a big peek behind the curtain in "Fire Across the Galaxy." We see a potential death, an unmasking, and wrap up Kanan's imprisonment with what is probably the best space battle we've seen on the TV editions of the franchise so far. In short, good times all around - and the amount of giddy fan stuff at the end is going to make you scream out for joy. (As long as Hasbro follows the cues of the episode, of course.)

Funko revealed (and Entertainment Earth put up a pre-order for) Star Wars Darth Vader Lightning Premium Hikari Sofubi Vinyl Figure this morning. This figure is very similar to a Batman in the line in terms of deco, and is the first Darth Vader in this line. It is expected this April and pre-orders are open for $79.99.
