The focus for Star Wars this year appears to be Fighter Pods and not so much the traditional action figure line. Their display for photo-ops features Fighter Pods expressions of Darth Vader and Chewbacca as well as a huge Death Star Fighter Pod filled with "thousands" of figures from the new line. The giant blister card display will be an ROTJ Darth Vader where you can pose and photograph yourself or a friend as an action figure. Fighter Pods blind bags will also be handed out to convention goers visiting the booth.

- Ashley Eckstein, the voice of Ahsoka Tano in The Clone Wars series, will be signing autographs at the booth on Sunday, July 15th from 2:30-3:30 pm. Tickets will be required to participate and handed out at the booth beginning 9 am on Sunday.

- The exclusive Carbonite Chamber set with six figures from each episode of the Saga in the "Lost Line" look cards and an exclusive Jar Jar Binks in Carbonite can be purchased at the HasbroToyShop.com (booth #3229) for $79.99 while supplies last. A limited quantity will be made available for purchase online after the convention at HasbroToyShop.

- The Hasbro Star Wars Panel will be on Friday, July 13th from 11-12 pm in Room 7AB. Panelist include Derryl DePriest (VP, Global Marketing), Jeff Labovitz (Director, Global Brand Marketing) and others from the Hasbro Design team. There will be some Q&A for "burning" Star Wars action figure questions. Based on that description, these guys are ready for some heat!
