If you want to get the most detail and authenticity out of your collectible figure, then a larger 1/2 scale canvas will extract as much creativity as possible. Sideshow debuted their Legendary scale Darth Maul and Obi-Wan Kenobi, and the results are amazing. The facial features and likeness to Guiness and Park are extraordinary. One, of course, must have ample room in their home to be a "completist", but collecting one to display instantly qualifies it as a collection centerpiece.

Attakus will be producing a limited run collection of high end 1/10 scale resin figures that are scheduled to be released this fall. The figures include Darth Vader and an assortment of Clone Troopers amd Stormtroopers. The figures will retail for $111 each and were displayed in the Diamond booth at Comic-con.
The Hasbro exclusive Revenge of the Jedi Death Star Figure set sold out, along with most of the popular Hasbro exclusives, late Saturday. Hasbro even sold the sample that they had displayed in their booth, giving credence to the low production quantities of this exclusive.

At first glance, one may make the assumption that the upcoming ToysRus Trench Run X-Wing Fighter is another iteration of the 1997 Power FX mold or a repaint like the Dagobah version. But Hasbro went to great lengths to give Luke's signature starfighter some fresh insides by tooling a new fuselage and adding great detail and features in the cockpit.
