New York Comic-Con is underway and we've posted some highlight photos from the Hasbro booth. Hasbro threw a Preview Night Party last night for New York Comic-Con and offered some tidbits of what's to come later this evening. In their Star Wars room, the H people showed the already seen ROTJ sandstorm deleted scene figures, a new play concept showcasing half inch scale cutsie figurines and vehicles called Battle Pods, and in what is sure to cause some consternment from adult collectors but play appeal for the kiddies; the return of the "action feature". Shown were the upcoming Qui-Gon Jin and Obi-Wan Kenobi action figures with light up lightsabers for the upcoming TPM 3D release assortment.
