Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Chopper (Imperial Disguise, The Vintage Collection). It's not new, but we had to look at it - the figure was almost a decade in the making. How come it took so long for a basic on-screen repaint? Well, I don't know, but I do know the black and red dome looks cool and it has an alternate radar dish that is going to be very easy for us to misplace.
