Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Human Male Rebel Pilot (Rebel Pilots set, The Vintage Collection). What if Hasbro gave Luke a different head? Well, they did, and here it is. Pilots without vehicles are probably the troopers I need the least, but it was a well-executed design and now you can have it take up space somewhere. It's not bad - it's just not as interesting as the rest of the set. Since it's  not based on any obvious on-screen character (or off-screen, as far as I know) I wouldn't call it essential.  It's the kind of thing that may make you go "do I still want to collect them all?"
