Amazon has the 9-disc, 6-movie Star Wars: The Complete Saga (Episodes I-VI) Blu-Ray set for $59.99, which is about the lowest that I've seen it.  The main reason for picking it up are the deleted scenes - but don't throw out your DVDs, because the DVD special features and deleted scenes differ from here and the DVDs you bought a few years ago.

I assume you've bought it by now.

If you haven't yet had the pleasure of perusing the bonus discs, the big gem is about 10 minutes of footage from Return of the Jedi in which you can see the absolute worst acting that I've seen associated with the saga.  It's nothing short of a religious experience to see the female actress that plays Sila Kott be as bored as humanly possible before they dubbed her over as a male A-Wing Pilot, and you never noticed it. There's an older lady pilot as well (no action figure means I don't know the name), and rounding it out is the Mon Calamari Pilot who seems to be having a grand time ad-libbing.  There's a lot more, but seriously people it's worth the price of admission to see some of this nonsense.

Also notable, the complete Clone Wars Blu-Ray is under $100 - less than $20 per season, which is about as good as you can hope for unless you fish in the used bins at your local record shop. The deleted scenes tend to be a drag and the work-in-progress animation is certainly capable of filling the disc, but the show itself is largely worth re-watching because a) some episodes are good, and those are fun, and b) the bad episodes are so bad that will power your ability to complain for years to come.
