While we prefer not to link to eBay auctions, the one for Star Wars Carded Unproduced Wave 1 2013 Droid Factory set of 12 unreleased was too good to pass up.  It's one of two known sets to exist - I've seen a couple of these up-close and know of only one privately held set - so if you want it, now is the time to cough up some dough. These are not the same exact ones on Amazon, although those figures are present - as are some of the first The Black Series wave 1 figures in their original packaging. The set includes a Biker Scout, Padme Amidala, Anakin Skywalker, Clone Trooper Sergeant, Sandtrooper, Pablo-Jill, Sun Fac, Battle Droid, 212th Battalion Clone Trooper, and Luminara Unduli.  Droid parts include Dooku's Pilot Droid and Jabba's Protocol Droid TC-70.
