Hidden away in the Bandai booth, Bandai Tamashii Nations Movie Realization brings the whole quasi-samuai look to Star Wars. You've seen Darth Vader, you've probably seen the Stormtrooper, but did you see the Emperor's Royal Guard or the Sandtrooper? It's a good thing for you that I was thinking about you, reader, because I snapped a few shots while I was making my journey from meeting to meeting to bathroom to snacks to meeting to more snacks.

Hasbro adds Season 2 Rex and the second Inquisitor to their booth. These figures are slated for release in Spring 2016 along with Mission Series Ahsoka Tano and Darth Vader. Rex features a nice removable helmet that perfectly on his bald and bearded noggin. Here's hoping a Season 2 Wolf is not far behind, although this figure will be probably require swappable heads.
A few months ago, Funko announced a crate of various forms of loot - specific to a license - with its Marvel Collector Corps program.

In what feels like an increasingly implausible thing to say, another Star Wars movie was announced today! This one has no final title yet, but will be released May 25, 2018. According to StarWars.com the new film will be directed by Phil Lord and Chris Miller - scribes of The LEGO Movie and the spectacular Fox TV series, The Last Man on Earth. The writing will be done by Lawrence and Jon Kasdan. And the focus of this new Star Wars anthology film? A young Han Solo.
