That's the rumor!  Comingsoon.com, Slashfilm, Theme Park Insider, and IGN (among others) all have reports of this tantalizing, thrilling, and completely expected development.  UPDATE - a reader and former Disney employee added his two cents.

Theme Park Insider writes:

"That's because Disney's Hollywood Studios is also getting…

Star Wars Land.

Yep. Multiple sources have told me the long-awaited dream of theme park geeks everywhere is actually happening. Disney's moving ahead with both Cars Land and Star Wars Land at the Disney's Hollywood Studios in Walt Disney World."

If it's true, and wouldn't it have to be? That's pretty exciting stuff, and evidence that future Star Wars Celebration conventions would probably be well-suited to stay in Orlando.

UPDATE 6/15/2013 - Reader Wicker had this to say:

"As a former MGM/Hollywood Studios employee, and with friends that still work there, I can confirm my long awaited dream of a Star Wars land IS coming.  It will encompass the area where the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular is, all the way over to Star Tours, and as far back as the cast member parking lot that will also be used for space.  Think Harry Potter Land, but on a grander scale."
