Disney's Star Wars Droid Factory Advent Calendar added some photos to reveal a few parts from the droids inside. Click here to go over there to see it. While I think it's wrong to consider not knowing what is in a $69.99 toy before buying it, some of you are very spoiler-averse and really, I don't even know what to do for people coming to a site for toy news. I certainly don't want to see anyone spend money and be unhappy on the grounds of the "surprise" being that you just bought toys you already own.
All the droid paint jobs are new and presently exclusive to this set.
So don't click after the jump for a description. They say "Comes with 24 build-a-droid pieces that make five full droids, plus a bonus completed droid making six droids in total." There's one BB droid, one Gonk droid, 1 Chopper redeco, and 3 other astromechs with themes like The Nutcracker and DHL. I might be wrong about that last one. No Jawas, one big oddly shaped box to increase packaging waste and freight costs.
The bang-for-the-buck is, arguably, decent - 6 robots for $70 is about $11.66 each, which is on the low end for Disney's exclusive droid figures as they've crept up to about $15 (or $12.50 in some multipacks.)
