I was delighted to see Hasbro announce a set of figures with Captain Pallaeon, Grand Admiral Thrawn, and Alan Moore letting you know he hates you adapting his stories for movies, but then it was pointed out to me that it was Joruss C'Boath in this new STAR WARS The Vintage Collection STAR WARS: Heir to the Empire Figure 3-Pack for $49.99. It looks good, and other than this being the third more-or-less identical Thrawn figure in a year, I don't mind a Joruus figure.

Also exciting for the N64 generation, the STAR WARS The Black Series Luke Skywalker (Imperial Guard) & Princess Leia Organa (Boushh). As far as I can tell, Leia is pretty similar to the most recent release. This is only the second version of this particular Luke to get a Hasbro action figure, the first was way back in 1996.

Sadly, there was no sign of a pre-order for the recently announced The Retro Collection 6-pack featuring Yavin Luke, Stormtrooper Han, Dr. Evazan, Walrus Man, a Sandtrooper, and Rebel Fleet Trooper.  I'm going out on a limb and assuming that will be a May 4 thing.
