I think you meant it was selling on Amazon for $149, because according to Camelx3, the lowest Amazon has ever sold it for was $72.51. Do you have a date when it was available for $49?
Toys R Us did have a one day coupon+sale price that made it $59.99, but that was a bit YMMV on getting it to stack.
